Refund policy

I ship as quickly after your order is placed as possible, the next day in most cases. I track your package until it has been marked as delivered. If you do not receive your package, you must contact me within 48 hours of the delivery scan for a refund or replacement. Any missing orders outside of that 48 hours will not be able to be replaced or refunded. Thank you for understanding!

As all of my products are handmade, I am not able to accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your products, or they arrive damaged, send me a picture of the damage and I will either refund or replace the item for you. Please be sure to notify me of any issues right away so I can correct the issue in a timely manner. Any complaints made 7 business days after delivery or later will not be able to be refunded. 

Being handmade means that each product (mainly soap) will have a different design/pattern. The quality, scent, and performance of the product is not effected in any way, but the soap you get may look slightly different from the soap in the pictures, as it may be from a different batch. I change colors and patterns frequently. This is also something that makes getting handmade items exciting. Each one is unique!
